At the end of March 2020 I thought I was about to start an exciting new job but at the final hour, having just left my previous employer and due to start my new role a week later, the country went into immediate lockdown and I found myself with no job at all.

My previous employer refused to furlough me, my new employer retracted their job offer and I was unable to claim job seekers so after my initial meltdown, lots of swearing and a few sleepless nights I decided to take charge of my own finances!

I decided to turn the conventional 9-5, Monday-Friday job on its head and look at alternative ways to earn an income. I became obsessed with reading ‘making money’ blogs and websites jotting down idea after idea.

My journey has only just begun and I hope you’ll join me whilst I attempt to make money online without a job, I’ll share my highs and lows, the things I’ve learnt and the errors I've made and together we can do this.
